Assessment of cv

Submit your CV via our website highlighting your experiences and skills. Our recruiters will carefully assess whether your profile matches our vacancies. If your CV is a suitable match we will contact you to describe the details of the role and gauge your level of interest and motivation.

Recorded video interview

Undergo an innovative recruiting experience with us! By responding to a series of questions via video you have the chance to tell us more about yourself in a dynamic and original way.

Aptitude interview

Are you a recent school/university graduate? Take part in the Assessment Centre process, a recruitment day on which you will take part in aptitude tests, group dynamics and roleplays. Your day will finish with an individual and motivational interview. Don’t worry, the tests don’t require specialist skills as they are aimed at appraising your transversal skills and aptitudes. If you are a professional with work experience you will undergo an individual interview in which we will assess your professional and personal characteristics, expectations and motivation regarding the vacant role and our company.

Technical interview

The technical interview is designed to assess your specialist skills and expertise. The interview will focus on your career so far and the results you have achieved, as well as your abilities, technical skills and career expectations. If you are a recent school or university graduate the interview will focus on the skills you acquired during your studies and your ability to apply them in the workplace.

Feedback

At the end of the recruitment process, the candidate with the most suitable profile and level of motivation to work for Open Fiber will be identified. Every single candidate will be given feedback on the final results of the recruitment process. If the candidate is not suitable for the specific role in question they will, in any case, be considered for potential future openings.
