The Company and the Board of Directors thank Mr. Rossetti for the important work he has done for the growth and development of the Company and wish him well in his professional future.
Open Fiber also announces that the Board of Directors, after accepting the resignation offered by Mr. Rossetti, resolved to co-opt Mr. Giuseppe Gola, engineer, as a member of the Board of Directors and grant him the powers of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
