In line with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 and subsequent amendments, Open Fiber has adopted the Organisation and Management Model.
The Open Fiber Model consists of a ‘General Part’ and individual ‘Special Parts’ devoted to the different types of Crimes and Offences to be prevented.
