Accessibility – How to send reports to AgID

If you do not receive a response within 30 days of your report, or if the response is unsatisfactory, you may contact the Digital Ombudsman, established within the Agency for Digital Italy (AGID), in accordance with Article 17 of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005).
