Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics outlines the ethical commitments and responsibilities in conducting business and corporate activities that Open Fiber S.p.A. adopts in managing its operations and its relationships with all individuals and entities (stakeholders) involved in achieving Open Fiber’s Mission or who have an interest in its pursuit.

The actions of all those operating in the interest of Open Fiber must align with the provisions of the Code of Ethics, adhere to company policies, comply with applicable laws, and reflect the values of collaboration and social responsibility.

The Code of Ethics is a cornerstone of the internal control and risk management system and forms an integral part of the Organizational Model 231. To remain effective, the Code is regularly updated to ensure alignment with laws and regulations, and to reflect changes in Open Fiber S.p.A.’s corporate culture and organizational structure.
