Excavation Assistance

In the Interference Portal there are four search modes:
- Search by address: enter the address of the area where you intend to dig.
- Search by coordinates: enter the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) directly.
- Search by Clicking on the Map: click directly on the integrated map in the WebApp to select the desired point.
- Search via Drawing on the Map: Freely draw an area on the map
If the system detects the presence of Open Fiber infrastructure, you will receive a message prompting you to contact our Excavation Assistance service via email or phone. Our specialized technician will provide support to carry out the work safely, avoiding damage, delays, or additional costs.
No, the WebApp is freely accessible from the Internet and does not require any registration. For security reasons, access is protected by a CAPTCHA system.
